Artelia, an international multidisciplinary consulting, engineering and project management group, announces that it has acquired on 19 December 2022, 100 percent of the capital of ProjektPlan GmbH, a German company based in Osnabrück in Lower Saxony.
The concretization of an already existing and successful collaboration
By joining Artelia, Projektplan GmbH is consolidating the successful collaboration initiated several years ago with the German subsidiary of the group to carry out studies and engineering particularly on behalf of Oil & Gas retail clients. Integrated within Artelia, its teams now benefit from the support of a group of 7,000 employees covering all engineering services in the fields of industry, construction and infrastructure. Thanks to this merger, Artelia will be able to open up to a broader portfolio of clients in Germany from the world of energy distribution and industry.

Together, Artelia and ProjektPlan GmbH, which have built up a relationship based on trust over the years, will offer a full range of services that meet the expectations of their clients in terms of decarbonazition for mobility energy distribution networks and building projects, from conception to commissioning. Since its creation, ProjektPlan GmbH has developed a know-how recognized by the majors in the field of architectural conception and design. It has participated in the growth plans of some of its clients for significant projects.
